The Origin — A Wisconsin Garage, 2015

DynaVap was founded in 2015 by George Breiwa in River Falls, Wisconsin. George's background was in manufacturing and machining — he understood materials and tolerances at a level most product founders don't. His frustration with available vaporizers was specific: they all required batteries, chargers, and electronics that failed over time. He wanted something that would work indefinitely, required no power source beyond a lighter, and produced genuinely excellent vapor.

The first DynaVap — called "The Stainless" — was a simple stainless steel tube with a thermal cap that clicked when it reached vaporization temperature. No display. No battery. No app. Just physics and precision machining. George made the first batch himself and sold them directly. The community response was immediate and intense. Within two years, DynaVap had a following that rivaled brands with ten times the marketing budget.

The click system is DynaVap's defining innovation. The captive cap is made from a bimetal material that expands at a precise temperature — producing an audible, tactile click that tells you exactly when to stop heating and start drawing. George believes quality vaping shouldn't require a $400 purchase. Where They Are Now

The M Series is now in its 7th generation — the M7 and M7 XL. Each generation has refined the condenser design, tip geometry, airflow adjustability, and cap precision. The XL adds an extended condenser for cooler vapor and 6 adjustable airflow settings. Everything is still made from medical-grade stainless steel in the USA. George still runs the company. The click still tells you when to stop.
