New to the Peak Pro 3DXL? The 3DXL chamber requires slightly different technique than standard eRigs — smaller loads and a specific carb cap motion unlock the best results. Here's the complete workflow for perfect sessions from day one.

Place on the wireless charging pad (or plug in USB-C) before your first session. While charging, download the free Puffco app and pair via Bluetooth. The device works without the app using the four hardware presets, but pairing immediately lets you explore custom profiles and the real-time dashboard from session one.

Remove the glass water attachment and fill it through the mouthpiece to just above the perc slots — roughly 1/3 full. Too much water and it reaches the chamber; too little and you lose filtration efficiency. Room-temperature or slightly cold water both work well. Reattach the glass piece firmly to the base before loading.

The 3DXL chamber benefits from slightly smaller loads than you might expect — start with a rice-grain to half-grain sized amount. Because three walls heat simultaneously, smaller loads extract completely and efficiently. Overloading the chamber wastes concentrate as it can't contact all three heating surfaces. Use a dab tool to place concentrate directly in the center of the chamber floor.
